The extent of the practice of secondary school teachers in Hawat Bani Tamim and Al-Harraq governorates in Saudi Arabia for critical thinking skills

Abstract
 The purpose of this research was to investigate the extent to which biology teachers exercised critical thinking skills in the field of interpretation, evaluation of arguments, reasoning, and reasoning during classroom classroom performance. The research used a descriptive descriptive approach, where the observation card was applied to enrich the teaching skills of critical teachers. The research sample consisted of (20) teachers who studied secondary biology in the governorates of Hawatah Bani Tamim and Al-Harq. The results of the study revealed that the biology teachers practiced the critical thinking skills in the field of interpretation by (1.63%), followed by the deduction by (1.45%), the skill of evaluating the arguments by 1.38% The researcher recommended that pre-service teachers should be trained, and that they should use the skills of the thinking of the critic and the interest in preparing evidence. For teachers and articulate modern teaching strategies.to link critical thinking with other types of thinking, attention to the process of evaluation in all stages (tribal- formative- post), including the performance of teachers and teachers, Students evaluate items that measure critical thinking skills.
