Qualifications for teachers and teachers of gifted students in Jeddah
This study aims at investigating obstacles of Qualifications for teachers and teachers of gifted students in Jeddah from them by teachers themselves. It also aims to identify these obstacles due to some variables (gender, scientific qualifications and years of experience). The descriptive analysis method was used in this study. Researchers constructed a questionnaire to collect data and they assured its validity and reliability through using scientific procedures. The researchers used Cronbach Alpha (0.75) to validate Teachers and teachers of gifted students in Jeddah schools of the study consisted of 70 male and female teachers from high primary schools of Jerusalem. 40% The results of the study showed that the qualitative competencies of the teachers and the teachers of the gifted students came in a medium and an average of (3.31) according to the Likert quintile scale. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the estimations of the sample of the study of the qualitative competencies of teachers and gifted students in Jeddah For the gender variable, and the absence of differences attributed to the variable of scientific qualification, and years of experience
