Procedural justice and its relationships with organizational commitment among teachers within the Naqeb Area from their point of view
Abstract:
This study aimed to explore the Procedural justice and its relationships with organizational commitment among school principals within the Naqeb Area In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlation design was used, and the development of a two parts questionnaire: The first part is the field of procedural justice includes (9) items. The second part of organizational commitment consisting of (18) items ,The questionnaire was applied to a sample of teachers within the Neqeb in (30) schools divided into (3) stages of education, the primary stage (10) schools, the preparatory stage (10) schools and the secondary school (10) schools, were (354) teachers. The results showed that organizational justice in all its dimensions was in high level, and the dimension of interactive justice among the principals within the Neqeb from the teachers perspective in all educational stages was in the first rank. As for the level of organizational commitment of teachers, also the study found that there is a high level of organizational commitment of teachers, also the study revealed a positive correlation between the field of organizational commitment and organizational justice in all its dimensions. The study recommends to conduct studies on the study variables in different environments and compare them with other cultures such as Western culture, training managers on how to distribute tasks and roles among teachers, and teacher sharing in decision making.
