Executors Satisfaction Regarding Educational Process Developmental Projects and Programs in Oman from Teacher’s perspective and How the Saudi Education Utilized the Omani Experience: Dhofar District Model

Abstract:
This study aimed to measure the extent of acquiring mathematical justification skills، and if there were statistically differences in the level of performance among the eighth grade students on mathematical justification skills due to achievement، skill type and sex. In order to achieve the objectives of the study، the analytical descriptive method was used by an achievement test consisting of (22) items distributed on the techniques of deductive justification and inductive reasoning on a sample consisting of (710) eighth grade students.
The results of the study showed a low level of performance of the eighth grade students on the skills of mathematical justification، and showed no statistically differences due to sex on the skills of mathematical justification، and there were statistically differences due to achievement level.

الملخص
[box type=”shadow” ]هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس مدى اكتساب طلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي لمهارات التبرير الرياضي، والكشف عما إذا كان هناك اختلاف في مستوى أداء الطلبة على مهارات التبرير الرياضي باختلاف مستوى التحصيل ونوع المهارة والجنس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عن طريق اختبار تحصيلي تكون من (22) فقرة موزعة على مهارتي التبرير الاستنتاجي والتبرير الاستقرائي على عينة تكونت من (710) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي.
وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تدني في مستوى أداء طلبة الصف الثامن الأساسي على مهارات التبرير الرياضي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى الى الجنس على مهارات التبرير الرياضي، ووجود أثر يعزى لمستوى التحصيل في مادة الرياضيات على مهارات التبرير الرياضي.
