Transformations in the Feminine Mind in Saudi Arabia Case Study of Intentional Sample of Students of King Saud University
ABSTRACT
The study aims to shed light on some shifts in Saudi female mentality with regard to some of the cultural and social values, as well as the factors that led to form such a mentality which led to these transformations. The study employed a qualitative approach. The study consisted of 15 cases of the female population in the age group 18 to 25 years, selected through Scientific observation and data collected were based on in-depth semi-directed interview. The results showed that there is a high degree of awareness of the cases studied are aware of what is religiously forbidden and what is forbidden socially. Most owns updated views and perceptions, but they avoid expressed fear of the power of perception and classification and greed in achieving social acceptance is what pushed them to resort to express under Pseudonyms, but the establishment of personal accounts to defend their convictions which do not find acceptance in its surroundings. And hope for the future of the autonomy and material gain pictures who exceeded by some — the geographical borders.
