Islamic rooting of Ruqqiyah and its educational applications
Abstract:
The purpose of the study was to clarify the concept of Ruqqiyah (Spiritual healing) and to know its evidence, its conditions, rules and bases, and to identify the educational institutions that can activate the legal and educational role of the government agencies. The researcher used the descriptive method in its methods; extrapolation and devising. The study came in four chapters and a conclusion;
The general framework of the study and previous studies. And the second: the Ruqqiyah in Islam. The third is the educational institutions through which the education can be activated and educationally employed. And fourth: the support bodies for educational institutions, and finally the conclusion: and included the results of the study and recommendations.
The results of the study showed that the Ruqqiyah has scientific foundations, controls and legal origins, and that the therapist has basic conditions for the success of his work. He has a method of treatment and then the benefit of periodic meetings that bring together specialized doctors and healers. The great role played by government agencies to support the educational institutions in activating the law.
In the light of the results, the study recommended that all Muslims to preserve the invoke and pray and to approach God Almighty types of worship, and Muslim doctors to fear God, and to study the aspects of spiritual diseases study derived from the Koran and Sunnah. Scholars, educators and institutions to follow up on the subject of Ruqqiyah and what is going on in its orbit, and to carry out systematic studies, scientific plans that fail to achieve the educational message of the Ruqqiyah and finally the need to find clinics specialized in Ruqqiyah

الملخص
وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن للرقية الشرعية أسساً علمية، وضوابط وأصولاً شرعية، وأن للمعالج شروطاً أساسية لنجاح عمله، وله منهجية في العلاج، ثم منفعة اللقاءات الدورية التي تجمع بين الأطباء المتخصصين والمعالجين بالرقية، وأن المؤسسات التربوية من أقوى المؤثرات على الفرد والمجتمع، إضافة إلى الدور العظيم الذي تقوم به الجهات الحكومية لمساندة المؤسسات التربوية في تفعيل الرقية الشرعية.
وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة عموم المسلمين بالمحافظة على الذكر والدعاء والتقرب إلى الله بالطاعات، والأطباء والعلماء والتربويين والمؤسسات بتقوى الله ومتابعة موضوع الرقية الشرعية وما يدور في فلكها، والقيام بدراسات منهجية، وخطط علمية تكفل تحقيق الرسالة التربوية للرقية الشرعية، وأخيراً ضرورة إيجاد عيادات مختصة بالرقية الشرعية، ويشكل لها لجنة علمية رقابية
