The degree of integration of technology in the school administration
in the public schools in Amman governorate and ways to develop them
Abstract:
The study aimed to detect the degree of integration of technology in the school administration in the public schools in Amman governorate and ways to develop it. To achieve the objectives of the study، the researcher used the descriptive analytical method، where he built a tool for the study، which consisted of (24) The selection of a random sample consisted of (324) directors and directors of public schools in the Directorate of Education Giza Brigade. The results indicated that the degree of integration of technology in the school administration in the public schools in Amman governorate and ways to develop it on the tool as a whole was very high (4.27). The order of the fields was ranked in descending order according to the level of technology integration in the school administration:)، The field of management of students and employees، reached (4،48)، the field of communication management and communication، and reached (3.53). The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the degree of integration of technology in school administration due to the gender variable، and ways were proposed to develop the degree of integration of technology in the school administration from the point of view of managers. In the light of the results، a number of recommendations and proposals were presented to increase the degree of integration of technology in the school administration in the schools of Amman governorate and the whole of the Kingdom of Jordan.
