Money Laundering and the Means to Combat it
Abstract:
Recently the Money Laundering is considered as one of the most famous economic crimes, because of its dangerous effects on the economics of different countries, and its threat to the stability of banking, finance and investment operations.
Due to the great attention that given to combating the crime of Money Laundering, we will try in this research to focus on the efforts that confront it, at the international, regional, and national levels.
In order to raise the awareness of all the relevant bodies that concerned with combating of money laundry, and to increase the efforts of all institutions which deal with this crime.

Abstract:
The benchmarking is a strong approach for developing and improving the performance in the organizations, because it focus on compare the organization to be developed with the best practice in another organization or the organizational unit.
The importance of this research concentrated in identify the importance results that the public organizations can gain as a result for applying the benchmarking and illustrate the steps that the organization must follow it to apply the benchmarking. To achieve research objectives, the descriptive analysis approach was used to analysis the previous studies and literature in benchmarking filed to formulate proposed vision.
The research reached to many results one of them applying the benchmarking in public organizations helping in improve the performance, also the benchmarking helping to change the organizational culture in public organizations from a culture of information confidentiality to a culture of information dissemination.
The research recommended to applying the proposed vision that mentioned in this research under title “proposed vision to applying the benchmarking as approach to develop the performance in public organizations.

ويهدف البحث إلى بيان مدى حاجة المنظمات العامة لتطبيق المقارنة المرجعية لتطوير وتحسين الأداء وتقديم تصور مقترح لكيفية التطبيق.
ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة وتحليل الكتابات والدراسات التي تناولت المقارنة المرجعية وتطبيقاتها وأهم ما توصلت إليه لصياغة تصور مقترح لكيفية تطبيقها في المنظمات العامة.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها أنه يمكن للمنظمات العامة إجراء المقارنة المرجعية الداخلية داخل المؤسسة من خلال مقارنة عمل إدارة تعمل بشكل متميز بإدارة أخرى بهدف تطويرها، أو مقارنة مؤسسة حكومية بمؤسسة حكومية أخرى داخل الدولة، وبالتالي يمكن التغلب على مشكلة سرية المعلومات ومشكلة ضرورة إقناع طرفي المقارنة بإجرائها. كما أن المقارنة المرجعية تساهم وبدرجة كبيرة في تغيير ثقافة المنظمة القائمة على احتكار المعلومات إلى ثقافة تبادل المعلومات.
وأوصى البحث بأهمية تطبيق المقارنة المرجعية في المؤسسات العامة، وضرورة تبني الرؤية المقترحة التي جاءت في هذه الدراسة بعنوان ” رؤية مقترحة لتطبيق المقارنة المرجعية كمدخل لتطوير الأداء في المنظمات العامة” والتي تتضمن خمس مراحل لتطبيق المقارنة المرجعية في المنظمات العامة.

Impact of Managers Skills in reduce Job Stress – An Empirical study in some Iraqi Ministries –
Abstract:
This research aims to identify the differences skills that the manager have in order to reduce the job stress on individuals working in many organizations. The questionnaire was used as a main tool in obtained the data which divided to two parts each of part of them involve (15)phrases، the first concerned with the managers skills، the second related to the job stress.
The research community was limited to random sample in three Iraqi ministries which namely (planning، transport and finance).To analyze the data of the research used the statistical program (SPSS) such means، percentage، person correlation، tests (T، F، Z)، beta coefficient. The results showed significant statistical significance between managers، skills and job stress

The Impact Level of Administrative leadership on Organizational Development in universities – A Field Study on Female Employees of King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah –
Abstract:
This study aims to determine the impact level of Administrative Leadership on the Organizational Development in King Abdulaziz University -Head Quarter- based on the perspective of its Female administrative staff those who are this study population consist of، which has (1633) member، the researcher had used the Simple Random Sampling method with a size of (311) member، the questionnaires have been distributed electronically and printed، 290 questionnaires was retrieved، all of them was valid for the statical analysis with a percentage of (%93) to the required sample size، the researcher also had used Descriptive Analytical Approach to conclude this study results، some of the statical techniques from (SPSS) program were adopted such as: Arithmetic Mean، Standard Deviation، Correlation Coefficient and Regression Models.
The study has found several results، the most important of which are: there is statically significant effect of the Administrative Leadership on the Organizational Development، there is a positive relationship between Administrative Leadership styles both the Democratic and Laissez-Fair with the Organizational Development، there is an inverse relationship between the Autocratic Leadership and Organizational Development، there is statically significant differences at (0.05≥?) in the administrative employees opinion about the Autocratic style on account of age differentiation، there is statically significant differences at (0.05≥?) in the administrative employees opinion about the technology dimension due to the variation of their experience.
The study recommended the need of strengthen the application of Democratic Leadership and to provide the chance to employees to share their opinions and suggestions because of it’s positive Impact on the success of the progress of Organizational Development، and to conduct more scientific studies and field research that aims to recognize the leadership and its role in Organizational Development.
