Educational accountability among Al-AQeeq Governnate’s principals in light of some variables
Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to explore the degree that principals of public schools in Aqiq governnate apply educational accountability from the point of view of teachers. A Descriptive method was used where a survey instrument were used in this study to identify the degree of applying educational accountability by school principals related to (commitment-work and achievement – job ethics). The target population of this study is male and female principals in public schools in Alaqiq city (1433-1434).
Stratified random sample was used including (277) teachers, (155) males and (122) females. The results of the study provided that commitment, performance, and achievement and job ethics are possessed with a degree of high. The results also showed that there were no statistical differences in the sample responses of this study related to sex and experience variables. While, there were no statistical differences in the sample responses of this study related to the stage of the school in favor of those who work; at the elementary schools

الملخص
أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق مديري المدارس للمساءلة التربوية للأداة ككل؛ جاءت بمتوسط(4,26)، وبتقدير كبيرة جداً، وفي مجال الانضباط الوظيفي جاءت بمتوسط(4,31)، وفي مجال العمل والإنجاز جاءت بمتوسط(4,2)، وفي مجال أخلاقيات المهنة لدى مديري المدارس جاءت بمتوسط(4,26)، وجميعها بتقدير (كبيرة جداً)، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات استجابات عينة الدراسة على مجالات أداة الدراسة تبعاً لمتغيري الجنس، وسنوات الخبرة. فيما اظهرت فروق دالة إحصائياً تبعاً لمتغير المرحلة التعليمية في مجالي أخلاقيات المهنة والعمل والإنجاز وكذلك في الأداة ككل لصالح العاملين في المرحلة الابتدائية.
