Trends towards quality education in the Department of Special Education.
Abstract:
The current study aimed to know the direction of faculty members and students towards some dimensions of the quality of education in the department of education of the group, and to know the differences in their direction according to the gender variables, the scientific qualification, the years of experience and specialization for the faculty members, and according to the gender variables, the academic level, The questionnaire was used to measure the trend towards some dimensions of the quality of education for both members and students. The questionnaire was applied to (29) faculty members in the department (male – female) out of 32, 100) student A student out of 500, The results of the study showed that the general trend of faculty members and students towards some dimensions of the quality of education was positive and obtained a general average of (2.9). It was also found that there were statistically significant differences in the attitudes of the faculty according to the variable of the academic qualification, For years of experience and for the benefit of their experience five years larger, while the study did not find the existence of differences of statistical significance in the trends towards quality according to the gender variable and specialization, as well as the absence of significant differences in the attitudes of students depending on the factors: sex, Specialization. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented to reinforce the attitudes towards the quality of education in the department and the university.
