A proposal to develop the performance of the administrative staff at Hail University using the performance management portal
The study aimed to develop a proposed for the development of the performance of the administrative staff at Hail University by using the performance management approach. it used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the study. It found high estimates by the respondents on the three axes of the questionnaire , Psychological safety of staff, administrative performance determinants, and internal work environment, it reached a proposed vision in the form of a set of measures to be implemented at the university, and recommended the need to develop programs for the continuous development of the performance of staff.
