Role of School Administration in Streng thening Citizenship Among High School Students in The City of quwaiya
Abstract:
The research aimed to recognizing the role of school administration in enhancing the high school students’ citizenship from teachers’ perspective، in addition، the high school female students perspective about the school administration role in enhancing the students’ citizenship is attributed to the experience variable. The research population is composed of all high school teachers in quwaiya Province for the year 1426H1427 (502 female teachers). A random sample was chosen from the high school teachers، and in turn the number reaches (150) female teachers، under usage of survey descriptive and comparative descriptive methodology. The questionnaire used contains one theme explaining the degree of practicing the school administration to enhance the high school students’ citizenship from the high school female students’ viewpoint quwaiya Province (after national affiliation). The results reveal that the degree of practicing the school administration in enhancing the high school students’ citizenship، from the teachers’ viewpoint is of degree (often). There are no statistical significance differences in the high school female students’ viewpoint about the school administration role in enhancing the female students’ citizenship، which is attributed to the experience years.
