Role of School Administration in Streng thening Citizenship Among High School Students in The City of quwaiya

Abstract:
The research aimed to recognizing the role of school administration in enhancing the high school students’ citizenship from teachers’ perspective، in addition، the high school female students perspective about the school administration role in enhancing the students’ citizenship is attributed to the experience variable. The research population is composed of all high school teachers in quwaiya Province for the year 1426H1427 (502 female teachers). A random sample was chosen from the high school teachers، and in turn the number reaches (150) female teachers، under usage of survey descriptive and comparative descriptive methodology. The questionnaire used contains one theme explaining the degree of practicing the school administration to enhance the high school students’ citizenship from the high school female students’ viewpoint quwaiya Province (after national affiliation). The results reveal that the degree of practicing the school administration in enhancing the high school students’ citizenship، from the teachers’ viewpoint is of degree (often). There are no statistical significance differences in the high school female students’ viewpoint about the school administration role in enhancing the female students’ citizenship، which is attributed to the experience years.

الملخص
[box type=”shadow” ]هدف البحث إلى التعرف على دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر المعلمات وأثر متغير عدد سنوات الخبرة على نظرتهن، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي تكون مجتمع البحث من جميع معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في محافظة القويعية لعام 1436هـ – 1437هـ وعددهن (502) معلمة. وعينة عشوائية من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية وعددهن(150) معلمة وزعت عليهن استبانة من (42) فقرة؛ وبالمعالجة الاحصائية بالبرنامج (SPSS)؛ أظهرت النتائج أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز المواطنة لدى طالبات المدارس الثانوية بمحافظة القويعية من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية حصلت على متوسط(3.63) من (5) بدرجة غالبًا، كذلك عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في وجهات نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية حول دور الإدارة المدرسية في تعزيز المواطنة لدى الطالبات تعزى لسنوات الخبرة.
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم تقديم جملة من التوصيات؛ لتعزيز روح المواطنة والانتماء الوطني بين طالبات المدارس بالمرحلة الثانوية.
